  • Make sure the provider you’re with supports the model of the device. You can find frequencies here.
  • Make sure the Sim Card is a different provider then the one you originally purchased the phone from.
  • Make sure your APN settings are set up in the settings. You can find carrier APN Settings and instructions here.
  • Make sure the phone is not Blacklisted by the provider. You can read more about that here.
