How to Find The IMEI Number of a Functioning Device

To find the IMEI number on a working device. This is helpful for when you’re unlocking the device with us.

1. Open up the Dialer/Phone App. on your device.
2. Dial *#06# (STAR POUND ZERO SIX POUND)
3. The IMEI number will appear on screen.

Notes:

• Never take the IMEI off the physical device. If the device has ever been refurbished, the IMEI on the physical hardware may be incorrect.
• Never take the IMEI off the packaging the device came in.
• All dual sim card phones have two IMEI numbers. 99% of the time theses phones are already unlocked.
• Always check the National Blacklist before unlocking any device.
