National Blacklist

” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text el_class=”featured lead”]With the National Blacklist anytime a GSM, HSPA or LTE wireless device is reported as lost or stolen to a participating Canadian wireless service provider, that device’s unique IMEI number will be added to a shared national blacklist (the “Blacklist”). Any device appearing on the Blacklist will be blocked, and participating Canadian wireless service providers will not allow it to be used on their respective wireless networks.

While we try to inform customers prior to unlocking any device if the phone is blacklisted or not. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the device is in good standing. If for any reason the device is blacklisted after the phone is unlocked, no refunds on any service will be issued.
